If ordered before 3pm your order will be processed and despatched same day. Our standard shipping service will take 3-4 working days to receive your order, Our premium shipping service is available if you opt in to our premium service.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on in-store and online purchases, 

you just need;

• Your proof of purchase

• The item should be un-used 

• Item should be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

If in the unlikely circumstance your purchase is damaged or faulty we'll happily return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty you will get the choice of a replacement or refund. If you had it delivered... and your item is faulty or damaged by us (during the delivery process), and you return the full order, we'll refund the delivery charge, if you paid one, as well as the item cost. If purchased in store... and your item meets the 'returns policy' requirements, you can return your purchase for a full replacement or refund.
